1.     Subterranean parking system inside concrete pit without prominent structure above ground level.

2.     Hydraulic driven through horizontal efficient cylinder under the system, oil hoses & different valves

3.     Customized dimensions according to site requirements, suitable for residential & commercial use.

4.     Unique design to use full area of the narrow pit for parking without wasting space of structure frame.

5.     Four posts of the main structure will be installed outside the pit corners to create more width of parking space.

6.     Independent parking system up to 2 hidden levels (2 cars) while upper platform is used as driveway.

7.     Side supports of all posts together with longitudinal & cross beams to keep the unity of the structure.

8.     Safety locks /latches will engage automatically inside laser cut ladder, 100 mm pitch in all posts.

9.     Spring loaded slack - cable safety locks will be activated in case of steel rope rupture.

10.  Driveway upper platform is made with diamond steel plates while galvanized wave plates for lower platforms.

11.  Lower platforms have recessed steel plate to stop front tires to ensure correct placement of the car.

12.  Limit switch in every level to stop platforms at predefined heights, IP 67.

13.  Electric panel with Omron PLC control, Overload protection and door lock on/off switch. 

14.  Electric operation box equipped with dead man pushbuttons, emergency stop and on/off key switch.

15.  Electric Operation Box is operated with 24 V to protect against short circuit.

16.  Electric power cables and control wires are extended inside PVC drag chain to protect them during movement.

17.  Hydraulic power unit & electric panel are fixed in separate room outside the pit.

18.  This lift is certified and authenticated according to European Standard BS EN 14010: 2003 +A1: 2009 & EN 1493:2010.

19.  Optional water pump to pump the water outside the pit.

20.  The standard finishing is hot dip galvanized but can be in powder coated too.
