1.     Subterranean parking system inside concrete pit without prominent structure above ground level.

7.     Pair of torsion bars with sprockets fixed under lower platform and double chains system in every longitudinal side engaged around the pinion teeth.

8.     Chains are fixed - under tension - to all machine columns and to the floor to ensure full stabilization and smooth operation for both lifting and descending.

9.     Chain anti-rupture devices to stop the system in case of chain rupture.

10.  Fall arrest devices to be activated automatically at every level stop to ensure safety during parking/retrieving cars.

11.  Driveway upper platform is made with diamond steel plates while galvanized wave plates for lower platforms.

12.  Tire stoppers in each platform (except upper one) to ensure correct placement of the car.

13.  Limit switch in every level to stop platforms at predefined heights, IP 67.

14.  Electric panel with Omron PLC control, Overload protechtion and door lock on/off switch. 

15.  Electric operation box equipped with dead man pushbuttons, emergency stop and on/off key switch.

16.  Electric Operation Box is operated with 24 V to protect against short circuit.

17.  Electric power cables and control wires are extended inside PVC drag chain to protect them during movement.

18.  Hydraulic power unit preinstalled inside sound proofed compartment to be fixed under upper cross beam of the machine.

19.  This lift is certified and authenticated according to European Standard BS EN 14010: 2003 +A1: 2009 & EN 1493:2010.

20.  Optional water pump inside the pit to discharge water outside the pit.

21. Optional rain gutter where upper platform can rest on floor drainage channel to collect rainwater and prevent likely flooding inside container.

22.  The standard finishing is hot dip galvanized but can be in powder coated too.
